Yoon Chao is a first-generation college student and a recipient of the College Options Academic Scholarship. Yoon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento and has developed a specialized set of skills that he has leveraged to provide exceptional customer service.

Throughout his career, Yoon has held positions in the Ticket Sales and Community Impact departments for the Sacramento Kings, as a Community Liaison for the City of Sacramento, and as an Employer Relations Specialist at Sacramento State. When he's not working, Yoon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends by sharing meals and creating new experiences. Additionally, Yoon likes to play basketball and the challenges of new sports and outdoor activities.
